The Following Terms Apply to Bonuses:
The above monthly sales requirements and extra bonus payout is based on a Regular $49.95 sale. Only clickbank sales with the vendor ID of "bbcap" that are credited to your clickbank affiliate ID are eligible for the bonus structure.
Refunds and charge backs do NOT count towards the required sales levels and are NOT paid the bonus amount.
All sales must take place in the Calendar Month to count towards bonuses (some months have less than 31 days).
Multiple clickbank affiliate ID’s are permitted if all belong to a single affiliate, verified proof is required.
To claim bonus amounts you must submit a bonus invoice to Play-in-the-now (bbcap) within 30 days after the qualifying month.
All bonus payments will be paid with check to the affiliate after the 60 day chargeback window. A physical address will be needed with bonus invoice.
