Official Rules for Cognitive Advantage Program’s Video Set Give-A-Way
One set of 5 videos and the CAP Manual will be given away to the 100th entry of our CAP Promotion email form. The email form will collect the participants name and email address for the purpose of sending that participant email updates, to include but not limited to, mental game tips, coupons and invites to private sales. By participating in the Give-A-Way, the participant understands and agrees to the above as well as the following:
1. Must be 18 years old or older and a Untied States Resident.
2. Beginning date of Give-A-Way is November 23 and the ending date is upon the 100th sign up email entry.
3. Alternative Method of entry: Mail postcard to CAP – 8386 Fig St. Arvada, CO 80005. You must include your name and phone number for the purpose of notification in case you are the 100th entry and win.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Odds of winning are 1 in 100.
6. Prize value - Retail Price for all 5 videos and the CAP manual is $49.95.
7. Notification of winner – 3 days upon the 100th entry, the winner will be posted on our website and an email will go out to the winner. The winner must reply to the email to claim the prize. In the event the participant submitted a postcard – the winner will be notified by phone call.
8. Not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical or other glitches or errors. Web Participant MUST confirm entry by clicking on confirmation link sent to their email. 9. By submitting an entry – all participants agree to hold Joe Jackson Enterprises, LLC, and The Cognitive Advantage Program, LLC harmless against any and all liability expressed or not expressed.
